Q1. How many papers are allowed for one registration fee?
One paper is allowed for one registration fee. If you have more than one paper, you need to pay 50 Euros for each additional paper.
Q2. Do you have any format for abstracts?
There is not any format for abstracts. Please enter your abstract submission as a plain text without any keywords or title in the abstract box in the conference system. Then, if it is accepted, you can download the acceptance letters from the conference system.
Q3. How can I get from the airport to the hotel?
The conference participants may travel to the hotel by taxi. It costs about 30 Euros and takes about 40 minutes.
Q4. Is it possible to book some extra nights at the conference hotel and at what costs?
Yes, it is possible to book some extra nights before or after the conference at the conference rates.
Q5. Which languages can be used in the conference?
The conference languages are English and Turkish. The presentations will be scheduled based on their topic and language.
Q6. If my paper is written in Turkish, do I have to submit its English version?
All papers have to include an English abstract, an English title and English keywords. If you choose Turkish as the presentation language, it also needs to have an English abstract, an English title and English keywords.The full paper of the presentations must be in English.
Q7. Do I have to submit the full paper?
No, you do not need to submit your full paper. It is your preference. If you do not submit your full paper by the deadline, then we will publish the abstract of your study in the abstract book.
Q8. Is there any page limitation for full papers?
No, there is not any page limitation for full papers. However, it is recommended that full papers should not be less than four pages.
Q9. What is the duration of each oral presentation?
About 15 minutes will be given for each oral presentation.
Q10. Can I pay the conference fee before the acceptance of my abstract? Can I get a refund if my paper is rejected?
Yes, you can pay the conference fee before your submission. If your abstract is rejected, you can submit another abstract or participate in the conference as a listener. In case that your abstract is rejected, a refund may also be paid if the organizing committee approves it.
Q11. Will the abstract book be ready at the time of meeting?
Yes, the abstract book will be ready at the time of meeting as a print copy and given to each participant along with the program book and certificate.
Q12. Will all conference papers be published in a journal?
After peer-reviewing process, all papers in English will be published in the Eurasia Proceedings of Educational & Social Sciences (EPESS) (www.epess.net
Q13. How can I submit my conference paper to other sponsor journals?
The conference participants can also submit their papers for publication to the sponsor journals. All sponsor journals are refereed journals and have a double-blind review process. Any manuscript submitted for consideration in publication in the sponsor journals is reviewed by at least two international reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area.
Q14. How can I publish my conference paper in the annual books?
The conference participants can also send their papers to the conference email address for publication in the annual books by the deadline mentioned on the conference web site. If any paper is accepted for publication in the annual book, the author will be informed by email. Please refer to the conference in the acknowledgement section of your paper while submitting it to the annual book. You can reach our books published so far from the link below.

Q15. What is the fee if I bring my child with me?
Fee for child staying with their parents: Child from 0 to 6 years of age – FREE, Second child from 0 to 6 years of age – discount of 50% of the early registration fee. If only one of the parents stay with the child, they should stay in a single room and pay the single room fee.
